Since 2016, we have been a service provider for Regional Business Partners (RBPN) to deliver specialised capability training to a wide range of clients. These sessions, typically attended by small groups of participants, are designed as hands-on, workshop-style courses tailored to individual needs. Additionally, we have facilitated similar programmes for small businesses, including local enterprises and larger business groups such as local business associations, BNZ Connect, and Kiwibank.

Digital Marketing Fundamentals Course Components
This course is split over two days and has five key components to it.
Digital Strategy
In this segment, we will cover information to help the attendees determine how to get the maximum return on their time and money based on their current capability and audience. We will also talk about successful marketing strategies from other small to medium businesses.
Google Analytics
& Using Data For Business
In this segment we will cover data analysis and help the attendees gain a greater understanding of the data they have access to from their own website and/or marketing platforms. We will use sample data to help attendees understand how to make business & marketing decisions based on their own data. This segment will also call for audience interaction and a sample activity.
Social Media Content
& Advertising
In this segment we will talk about social media platforms. It will cover information regarding both organic posting and paid advertising. This segment will give the participant an understanding of their market and will enable them to work out which platforms are suitable for their business based on their target market and what goals they would like to achieve.
Google Ads (Search & Display)
In this segment we will cover Google Ads strategy. This will include discussion on Google’s multiple campaign types, audience targeting & latest features and how these relate to each industry. We will discuss what makes a successful Google Ads Campaign and what questions to ask yourself/your marketing manager/agency when advertising on the platform. We will look at Google’s planning tools to help attendees understand where they can find new opportunities as well as benchmark their existing campaigns.
Search Engine Optimisation
In this segment we will cover SEO strategy, we will look at the tools you may wish to use for your SEO content. We will go through strategies around content writing and the use of A.I (where to use it and where not to use it). This segment will include an interactive element where attendees will be selected and some basic auditing features will be performed on their site. This will help demonstrate to all attendees how they can critically analyze their own websites. This segment includes a takeaway resource that covers additional SEO planning and strategy documentation.

How do I Register?

How Many People Can I Register?
The maximum course size per session is 20 people. The course cost is per attendee.

How Much Does The Course Cost?
The course is 8 hours in duration and is held over two separate days with a total investment of $800 + GST per person.
Where is the Course Location?
Courses will be held either at our offices in Takapuna or at various locations around Auckland.
Can I attend Online or Is it Only 'In-Person'?
The course is ideally held in-person as we have found that participants tend to gain more benefits where this is possible. Please contact us for customised or hybrid solution if required.
How Long is Each Course?
The average course duration is eight hours. The course will be split over two separate days ( a week apart) and usually runs from 10am-2pm weekdays. A light lunch will be provided – please inform us of any dietary requirements in the comments section of your registration booking.

When is the Course Payment Due?
The payment for the training course is due at registration time, via the Eventbrite portal when you register.
What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?
There is no cancellation fee if your notification of cancellation is received at least 48 hours prior to the course commencement date or if you have rescheduled to a different date. We will, at times, have a waiting list so early notification of cancellation allows us to offer your place to someone else. Should you cancel within 48 hours of the course commencement time, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.
Do I need to have a lot of Technical/Digital Marketing knowledge already?
Not at all. While Digital Marketing by it’s very nature does have some technical aspects to it, our training content is delivered where-ever possible in plain English and has a solid business focus. The training is designed to inform and empower participants. Course content should be accessible to those who are new to Digital Marketing while still adding value to those who have some prior experience in Digital strategies.
